Editorial Wedding Photography in Florida
Your wedding isn't a photo shoot. But your photographs should be extraordinary.
Every wedding has a story that existed long before the wedding day.
How you met. The places you've been together. The people who brought you here. The small details nobody else notices.
That's the story I want to photograph.
I'm Nestor Correa, an award-winning photographer and cinematographer with more than 25 years of experience in fashion, editorial and commercial photography. I bring that experience to weddings throughout Central and South Florida, including Orlando, Tampa, Miami and destination celebrations throughout the state.
My approach combines the emotion and spontaneity of wedding photography with the visual sophistication of fashion editorial.
The result is photography that feels genuine, cinematic and unmistakably yours.
Wedding Photography With an Editorial Touch
I don't believe your entire wedding day should become one long photo shoot.
Most of the day should be allowed to happen naturally.
The laughter.
The nerves.
The quiet moments.
Your family seeing you for the first time.
The unexpected things that nobody planned.
Those moments deserve to be photographed honestly.
But when it's time to create your portraits, that's where my fashion and editorial background becomes part of the experience.
I'll guide you with lighting, composition and direction so you can look incredible without feeling overly posed or uncomfortable.
Think of it as a balance between documentary storytelling and editorial portraiture.
Every wedding is different, so coverage can be built around the celebration rather than forcing your day into a rigid formula.
Photography can include:
Getting ready
Wedding details
Ceremony
Couple portraits
Editorial bridal portraits
Wedding party
Family portraits
Reception
Candid moments
Details and décor
Engagement sessions
Additional coverage and second photographers can be incorporated depending on the size and schedule of the wedding.
Your Story Comes First
Before the wedding, I want to know more than your timeline.
I want to know you.
How did you meet?
What do you love about each other?
Who are the people attending the wedding who mean the most to you?
Are there family traditions or personal details that have special meaning?
Understanding those things helps me recognize the moments that matter when they're happening.
Because years from now, your photographs shouldn't simply remind you what your wedding looked like.
They should remind you what it felt like.
From Intimate Weddings to Full Celebrations
Based in Central Florida, I photograph weddings throughout the state, including Orlando, Tampa, Miami and South Florida.
I'm also available for destination weddings and celebrations outside Florida.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is editorial wedding photography?
Editorial wedding photography brings techniques commonly associated with fashion and magazine photography into wedding portraiture. It places greater emphasis on composition, lighting, environment
and creative direction while still documenting the genuine moments of the wedding day.
My approach combines editorial portraits with candid storytelling rather than choosing one style exclusively.
Will you pose us?
I'll guide you when guidance helps.
Most couples aren't professional models—and you shouldn't have to be.
My job is to create an environment where you feel comfortable while giving you enough direction to create beautiful, natural-looking portraits.
During the rest of the wedding, I prefer to document moments as they happen.
Absolutely.
Some of the most meaningful wedding photographs happen when nobody is looking at the camera.
Those moments are an essential part of how I tell the story of the day.
Do you photograph candid moments?
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. I photograph weddings throughout Central and South Florida, including Orlando, Tampa and Miami, and I'm available for destination weddings nationwide.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular Florida wedding dates can book well in advance, particularly during the fall, winter and spring wedding seasons. Once you know your wedding date and venue, it's a good idea to check availability.
Do you shoot film?
Yes, film photography is available as an add-on to your wedding collection. If you're drawn to the timeless look and character of film, please mention it during our initial conversation so we can design your coverage with film in mind from the very beginning.
Let's Tell Your Story
Long after the flowers are gone, the music stops and the wedding day becomes a memory, your photographs remain.
They become part of your family's history.
Let's create something worth remembering.
Unlike many wedding photographers, my background comes from more than 25 years in fashion, editorial and commercial photography, allowing me to create wedding portraits with the polish of a magazine editorial while preserving authentic moments throughout the day.
